Billing
Kotally uses one agency plan for each Kotally workspace. Billing runs through Kotally’s own Stripe checkout and customer portal — the same plan applies whether a location is a connected GoHighLevel sub-account or a standalone API workspace.
Pricing
Section titled “Pricing”The agency plan is $59/month and includes your first active location.
Each additional active location is $19/month.

A location is a connected GoHighLevel sub-account or a standalone API workspace. Both count the same way toward the base plan and the per-location charge.
Active location
Section titled “Active location”An active location is a location that:
- Has completed setup — a GoHighLevel OAuth install, or a standalone API workspace created from Admin -> Getting Started.
- Is linked to your Kotally workspace.
- Is not disconnected or removed.
- Is enabled for Kotally service after the workspace billing status is active or trialing.
Locations that are still pending billing are not usable for live Kotally workflows until the billing issue is resolved.
Manage billing
Section titled “Manage billing”Use Admin -> Billing to start checkout or open the customer portal. Billing changes may take a short time to sync after Stripe checkout, subscription updates, or payment method changes.
If a location remains pending after payment, check that the subscription is active and refresh the admin billing page before contacting support.
